    Planning Sun Co., Ltd. established

    Developed and sold semiconductor Fab Reflow Guide automation equipment

  2. 2021

    Corporate R&D Center established

    Certified as a venture business

    Began developing automation technology for medical and bio production processes

    Developed and supplied semiconductor wafer mounting automation equipment

    Developed the 1st-generation dedicated single-type vacuum blood collection tube equipment

    Launched full-scale business in vacuum blood collection tube manufacturing automation

    Analyzed vacuum blood collection tube manufacturing processes and developed core automation technology
